Maya will be 2 months in 3 days!

Here are a few new photos to see what the girls have been up to.
Ella is adapting so well to becoming a big sister she has gotten the nickname "lil momma". From the hands on her hips to her absolute care and attention to her baby sister she affectionately calls "ma". If the baby even makes a peep big sister Ella is on the scene. She loves to help "pat and burp the baby" ( a line from one of her children's books) although we need to remind her how to do so "gently, Ella".
The first photos the girls have matching shirts. One says 'I am the big sister' and has Ella on the bottom, the other says 'I am the baby sister' with Maya on it.
Ella's new thing is her fort that her and her daddy built and has taken permanent residence as for now. They have a ball in there. Snacks, flashlights, juice, books and her daddy all to herself in the private fortress. Cool huh?
Ella shows off her pretty party dress that my girlfriend Susie Kindler sent for her. We all love it. Ella looked so pretty for the LPTS ice cream social. Although as you can tell Maya was not feeling photo time. If there is no boob involved she is not having it! Haha.

And finally GO BIG RED!!!
Football season is upon us and there is no way to go but up for the Huskers!!
Who says you have to live or be born in NE to be a fan! We are breeding them right here in KY!

Tyler meets his baby sister

What a great visit we are having with Tyler!
He is getting ready to head back to Nebraska tommorow as he has to get ready for
football. We have had a lot of fun as you can tell from the photos. Maya is growing and doing great. She had her one month appointment on Friday and she gained just shy of 2 lbs and grew one whole inch! That breastmilk is doing her body good. :)
Scott and Tyler have taken in a couple of movies, they saw the Batman (loved it) and Step brothers. Scott also has taken Tyler to the gym everyday to keep him in shape for football. He hooked Tyler up with his personal trainer (John) for a couple of sessions as well. John designed a workout program for Tyler that he can take home with him. John is part of  Ohio Valley Wrestling & is trying to get on with the WWE. Tyler and Scott took in one of his wrestling matches too. It was later brodcast on TV so we all watched it together again a few days later.
Tyler and Ella put on a show for us today, which we got on video. It was HILARIOUS! I have not laughed that hard in a very long time. I have a picture of Ella in her makeup but the photo does not do it justice. It was very funny.
Hope you all are enjoying life as much as we are!

Welcome Maya Elizabeth Williamson!

We welcomed Maya Elizabeth (M.E.) "Emmie" on Friday, June 27, 2008 @ 10:28am. She weighed in at 6 lbs 5 oz and is the tallest of my 3 children at 18 1/2 in. (Tyler and Ella were both 18 inches even, and both weighed 6 lbs 8 oz)
Both girls are doing great!
Ella is an awesome big sister, and Maya is adjusting nicely. Today we all went to the Dr. Ella had her 18 month check up and Maya had her 1st day home from the hospital check. Both girls checked out perfect.

Summer happenings 08

Here are a few shots of Ella Grace enjoying the summer in Kentucky, and preparing for becoming a big sister.

Happy spring 2008!

The weather here in KY has been great! Here are a few new pics of Miss Ella Grace with her mommy on Mother's Day, (one of mommy and baby too) working in the yard with daddy, her 'silly face', reading in her Elmo chair, and practicing feeding baby. Everything here is going well, and we only have a few more weeks until baby sister arrives. Happy Spring 08!

April update

Here are a few new photos of our 16 month old! Wow time flies! Ella is getting so big and she is a lot of fun. Talks constantly (who does that remind you of?) sleeps from 8:30pm to 8 am daily, goes to bed with a smile and wakes up with one too. She keeps us busy and is an absolute joy!
The first photo is of Ella experiencing her first big snow. She did not know what to quite make of it, so we went back in rather quickly. The snow flakes on her eyelashes were a bit weird for her.
The second photos is of Ella helping her mom pick out a name for her new baby sister. Only a couple more months and she will be with us. Her daddy asked her what she thought would be a good name and Ella replied "Baba Bajips!" We are not sure her sister would appreciate that name as much as we did.
Then you will find Ella on Easter Sunday with her Elmo easter basket. She loves it so much. It is still in play.
Daddy snapped this last photo of his girl looking cute in her ball cap. It does not stay on long so he had to act quickly.
