Its apple picking time!

What beautiful weather we had in Kentucky the other day! 

Scott and I took the girls to Hubers and they got to pick apples and peaches. Ella had a ball. She would pick an apple take a little bite out of it and then throw it. I won't mention that her daddy taught her that little trick :)

 She did not know what to make of the skin, so she spit that out. Pretty cute!

The talking tree was a HUGE hit as well. 

P.S notice that farmer Ella has on her green apple T and overalls for her apple picking expo. A girls gotta coordinate ya know! She is my daughter. haha

Last weekend we had our last round of visitors. Aunt Barb from Lincoln, and cousin/godfather Jeff from Denver. It was a nice visit.

Visitors

Late August early September is a time of visiting in KY. It all started with meeting their Grandpa for the first time and followed up with a visit from Auntie Rachel from the Bronx.

All our visitors will wrap up this coming weekend with cousin Jeff from Denver and Aunt Barb from Ne. We will post those pics later.

Tootoo!!

Ella loves her daddy and his tootoo, she wakes up in the morning looking for hers! So when I was at the store today getting Maya's 8 week pictures taken I could not resist getting her some of her own.

While daddy was busy working on the computer little Miss LaLa tried out her painting skills. She worked on her very first canvas! Loved it and she did not want to quit. We had a lot of fun.

The next photo shows how big Maya is getting sitting in her Bumbo chair all by herself.

Followed up by a photo of the girls in some new shirts that were sent to them by our friends the Andrew's family from Boston. They sent a gift from the family vacation on Martha's Vineyard.
